Every King and Queen deserve a castle

In feudal times, when kings and queens controlled land possession, the people never imagined owning their own property or having control of their own life...
Although there are still world economic models that hinder individual freedoms, human rights no longer concern only political freedoms but also the freedom to achieve a state of life in keeping with the aspirations of each person. So we all became, well, kings and queens.
This is where home ownership comes in. The largest investment of our lives is also a symbol of comfort and assurance of the future.
Buying a home in Canada is very simple: the financial part is resolved by experts. The legality of the transaction is in the hands of lawyers. And here, the brokerage is in the hands of highly trained professionals and supervised by agencies created by the government.
What does the realtor do? After examining the buyer's possibilities, the realtor searches the market looking for the ideal home for the client. Several options are presented to the client through detailed visits to each property.
After making a choice, comes the time of the offer. The documentation is prepared by the realtor and the offer is presented by the professional to the home owners. It is a process of negotiating price and terms of purchase.
Then comes the most important question: how much will realtor fees cost the client for acquisition of said property? In various regions in Canada, the exchange between different "Real Estate" companies is by multisystem brokerage. In English it is called MLS (Multiple Listing System). The hosts are responsible for paying the commission. The real estate specialist shares the task with another company. The buyer has their interests represented by its agent, and his counterpart defends the cause of the owners. There are no commission charges for buyers.
Simple, right?
With the high cost of rent, it makes sense to buy your house. The low interest rate allows very reasonable benefits, in some cases below the cost of rent. Cheer up! The purchase of your home, besides being very important, is fun, lively and full of pleasant surprises.
Do not forget. Every King and Queen deserve a castle!
